Charles and Frances Roland were the named insureds in a Georgia Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company homeowner's insurance policy. After the house identified in the policy was destroyed by fire, Georgia Farm Bureau denied the Rolands' claims, and the Rolands filed separate actions which were joined by order of the trial court.
