In this diversity action, plaintiff, a Mississippi corporation, charges that defendant, a Canadian corporation, breached a contract for the sale and delivery of cattle. As a result of defendant's alleged breach, plaintiff was forced to purchase other cattle on the open market in excess of the contract price.
