This is a direct appeal from an order of the 239th District Court of Brazoria County, denying appellant's petition for writ of mandamus. Through the writ of mandamus, appellant, the State of Texas, requested the district judge to order appellee, the county court at law judge, to vacate his "Judgment on the Award." That judgment was rendered after the county court at law judge had granted "death penalty" sanctions by striking appellant...
