Plaintiffs Richard and Linda Mitchell bring this appeal pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 304(a) (134 Ill.2d R. 304(a)) from an order entered by the circuit court of Peoria County dismissing two counts of a six-count complaint. The suit arises out of personal injuries and the termination of Richard's employment with defendants Russell Deal and Dennis Worsfold (hereinafter Deal Farms).
