Plaintiff, Roman Caballero, brought a personal injury action against defendant Rockford Punch Press and Manufacturing Company (Rockford). Shortly thereafter, Allen-Bradley Company (Allen) was added as a defendant. More than five years and four months after it became a defendant, Allen sought leave to file a third-party complaint for contribution against Caballero's employer, Vaughan Manufacturing Company (Vaughan)...
