Defendant appeals by leave granted from an order denying its motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(7). We reverse.

Plaintiff was injured while riding his motorcycle on an overpass. As plaintiff crossed the overpass, he began to switch lanes. He noticed a car immediately behind him about to collide with him. Plaintiff attempted to straighten his course, but his motorcycle went over...
