Plaintiff Richard F. Davet has filed a motion for attorney's fees and costs under 42 U.S.C. § 1988. This motion comes in the wake of a First Circuit decision affirming various rulings of this Court made at the jury trial in the above-captioned case. Davet v. Maccarone, 973 F.2d 22 (1st Cir.1992).
