Plaintiff appeals as of right from the Clinton Circuit Court's November 1, 1990, order granting defendant's motion for summary disposition. Presumably, the trial court granted the motion pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(7), because it concluded that plaintiff's claim was time-barred by Ontario, Canada's two-year statute of limitations. We affirm the order of the trial court.
