Plaintiff filed suit in Kentucky court alleging that Defendant had violated the federal Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 623. Defendant removed the action to this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1441(a) and (b).
