Defendants-appellants, Daggetts and Klor (defendants), appeal a judgment from the district court for Scotts Bluff County in favor of plaintiff-appellee, First National Bank of Mitchell (FNB). FNB brought suit against the defendants seeking to satisfy a judgment against Ted Daggett's interest in real property that he and his wife, Mona, had conveyed to a trust.
