This appeal is from a judgment for appellees-defendants entered after a jury found in their favor. Appellant-Jessie Pascale fell from a set of stairs purchased from appellee-Hechinger Company of Pennsylvania (Hechinger). The Pascales sued Hechinger on breach of warranty, strict liability and negligence grounds alleging that the component parts of the stairs were in a defective condition when the Pascales purchased them from Hechinger.
