In this action, plaintiff Grossmont Hospital Corporation (Grossmont) has asked the Court to overturn the Secretary's decision to deny Grossmont certain Medicare reimbursements claimed under the Medicare Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1395ww. Judicial review of the decision is established under 42 U.S.C. § 1395oo(f). The case is now before the Court on cross-motions for summary judgment, which have been fully briefed...
