Thomas Gitto (Gitto) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County (trial court) which denied Gitto's motion to amend the caption of his complaint and granted the motion for judgment on the pleadings filed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Commonwealth).
