Cheri Tindell ["Tindell"] appeals from the judgment of sentence entered July 15, 1992, in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County. On May 19, 1990, Tindell was charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession with intent to deliver. The charges stemmed from the discovery of cocaine on Tindell's person while travelling through Greater Pittsburgh...
