Collin Holtapp was charged on a uniform traffic citation with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol. After waiving her right to a trial by jury, the case was tried in the Municipal Court of the City of Fayetteville. The speeding charge was dismissed because the city was unable to produce the applicable ordinance which was in effect at the time of the arrest.
