Joseph Wayne Derado was convicted on five counts of Dealing in Cocaine, a class A felony, Ind. Code § 35-48-4-1, for which he was sentenced to concurrent terms of thirty years each. Derado was also convicted of one count of Conspiracy to Deal in Cocaine, a class A felony, Ind. Code §§ 35-48-4-1 and 35-41-5-2, for which he was sentenced to a thirty-year term to be served consecutively to the sentences for dealing in cocaine...
