Jasper Earl Sanders was tried by jury and was found guilty of aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person and carrying a firearm without a license.1 Post-trial motions were denied, and Sanders was sentenced to serve consecutive terms of imprisonment for not less than three (3) years nor more than ten (10) years for aggravated assault and not less than one...
