Hilda Kidwell seeks review of an order of the Circuit Court of Hampshire County which affirmed the findings of the Hampshire County Commission and the fiduciary commissioner, and held that certain real and personal property of which Mrs. Kidwell claimed an interest was properly included in the estate of the decedent, Jay Kidwell.
