JOHNSON, Judge:

On this appeal, we are asked to permit the withdrawal of counsel in a probation revocation matter based upon counsel's assertion in his petition to withdraw that the appeal is wholly frivolous. On our review of the Brief for Appellant, we determine that the appeal is not completely frivolous and that the brief submitted on behalf of the appellant is, in fact, an advocate's brief.
