PER CURIAM.
Respondent father appeals from an order of the probate court terminating his parental rights to his minor child on the basis of his abuse of that child. We affirm.
Respondent first argues that the probate court improperly terminated his parental rights because the child was not in foster care at the time of the termination hearing.
