On August 21, 1989, Mitchell W. Miller was appointed trustee in the chapter 7 bankruptcy of Gulph Woods Corporation, a real estate development company established and run by John S. Trinsey, Jr. On April 1, 1991, Mr. Miller filed his Final Report, Accounting and Application for Compensation.
