ANDERSON, J.

Peter J. Jacobson appeals from a circuit court order reinstating weekly payments to his ex-wife of $106. He argues that the payments are maintenance payments, and because his ex-wife has remarried and the judgment did not specifically state that the payments were to continue after remarriage, the payments may be terminated by the court pursuant to sec. 767.32(3), Stats. We agree and therefore reverse.
