The issue in this appeal is whether a district court has the power to enjoin a private educational institution, Tulane University, from implementing sanctions against a student arising from an internal disciplinary proceeding. The trial court enjoined Tulane University from imposing disciplinary sanctions against one of its students, Sean Ahlum, for a violation of its student code of conduct. We reverse.<...
