Richard L. Bennett (Claimant) appeals an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed the decision of the referee granting the modification petition of Hartz Mountain Corporation (Employer) that reduced Claimant's benefits under the Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Act (Act).1
