Guaranty National Insurance Company (Guaranty) brought this declaratory judgment action to determine whether the policy it issued to Donald Koch and Koch Trucking provided coverage for an accident occurring outside the policy's 50-mile coverage radius and, if so, the appropriate amount of coverage.
