Indigo Associates and Newington Associates (collectively "Indigo") brought this action against Ryan Investment Company, which does business as Tremont Inn, for ejectment because of Ryan's failure to make timely property tax and rental payments. The magistrate court ordered ejectment. Ryan appealed and the circuit court reversed.
