Orner, trading as Del-Car Automotive, (collectively, Del-Car) appeal from an order of the Board of Claims (Board) which dismissed its claim against the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) for failure to file the claim within the six-month statute of limitations period.1 We affirm.
