This appeal arises out of a settlement contract between two competing restaurant equipment suppliers that limited the kind of advertising and marketing in which the defendants could engage. The defendants, conceding that they breached the contract, appeal the district court's award to plaintiff of punitive damages, a permanent injunction, and attorney fees.
