WYNN, Judge.

Defendant, Solomon Dukes, was indicted on 26 March 1990 for second degree murder. Defendant made two pretrial motions to suppress inculpatory statements made to police officers. Both motions were denied. The case was tried to a jury and the jury returned a verdict of guilty. The trial judge entered judgment on the verdict and sentenced defendant to fifteen years imprisonment.
