This is an appeal from an order granting appellee's motion to preclude evidence of liability. Appellants, Jerry L. Cermak and Falcon Transport, present the following issues for our review:

1. Whether the trial court erred in accepting [appellee's] collateral estoppel argument since the inter-company agreement which provided for arbitration specifically limited the conclusiveness of arbitration decisions to the claim submitted to the panel...
