Plaintiffs Dale Keliin and Cindy Keliin filed separate legal malpractice actions against defendant Vincent Petrucelli.1 Both actions were summarily dismissed pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10). Each plaintiff appeals as of right, and this Court consolidated the appeals. We affirm, but remand for further proceedings.
