The bankruptcy court granted the debtor's motion to reject its license agreement with appellant Encino Business Management, Inc. ("Encino) and in its order stated Encino may retain its rights under 11 U.S.C. § 365(n)(1)(B)1 if it pays presently due and future license fees and waives any rights of setoff with respect to the contract.
