The applicant, Eddie Jerome Wilson, appeals the denial of his petition for postconviction relief. He was convicted, following a jury trial, of one count of second-degree sexual abuse for sexually abusing his daughter, and he is serving a sentence not to exceed twenty-five years as a result of the conviction.
