Mary Davenport appeals from an order of the Columbia County Court of Common Pleas which upheld the imposition of a one-year suspension of her driver's license by the Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (DOT) for failure to submit to chemical testing in accordance with Section 1547 of the Vehicle Code (Code), 75 Pa.C.S. § 1547.
