The sole issue for our review is whether the trial court erred when it dismissed, with prejudice, certain delinquency petitions filed against the juvenile. We hold that the juvenile court may only dismiss a case with prejudice if the interests of justice require it. Here, the trial court made no finding that justice required a dismissal with prejudice.
