The plaintiff, Gertrude M. Peterson, sued the defendant, Lawrence N. Gray, M.D., for medical malpractice. Following a jury verdict for the defendant, the plaintiff moved to set it aside and for judgment notwithstanding the verdict. The Superior Court (Gray, J.) denied the motions, and the plaintiff appeals, arguing that the jury's verdict was against the great weight of the evidence and that the trial court's instructions were erroneous.
