Derecktor of Rhode Island, Inc., which for approximately 13 years had conducted a ship building and repair facility in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, filed a Chapter 11 petition on January 3, 1992. Since the filing the Debtor has operated in varying but limited fashion, and is presently in the final stages of total liquidation, with no future operations contemplated.
