Debtor is a chain of supermarkets, formed in 1988 by the leveraged buyout of a division of Safeway Stores, Inc. It presently operates some 40 plus supermarkets in Missouri and Kansas. It filed for Chapter 11 Reorganization in January of 1993. Movant is one of the many landlords of debtor. Movant filed a Motion For Relief From Automatic Stay in August of 1993.
