In this medical malpractice action originally brought by Dean Walls and his wife against Hazleton State General Hospital (Hospital) and against Dr. Frank Polidora, the Hospital appeals judgments in favor of Mr. and Mrs. Walls in the amounts of $250,000 and $80,000 respectively. These judgments were entered following an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County (trial court) denying the Hospital's motion for judgment notwithstanding...
