This case is before the Court on the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment filed with the Court pursuant to Rule 121.1 Respondent determined a deficiency in petitioner's Federal income tax for 1988 in the amount of $6,444, plus an addition to tax under section 6653(a) in the amount of $322.20.
