This is a discretionary appeal of the order of the superior court affirming the award of the State Board of Workers' Compensation which refused to apply the so-called Rycroft defense (see generally Ga. Elec. Co. v. Rycroft, 259 Ga. 155 (378 S.E.2d 111)) retroactively to terminate payments of certain benefits to appellee/claimant Richard A. Williams.
