Geistown Borough (Borough) appeals from the June 11, 1992 order of the Court of Common Pleas of Cambria County (trial court) sustaining Brennan E. Knipple's (Owner's) appeal and directing the Borough to grant Owner a variance and a building permit so that he may construct an addition to his existing building with less than the normally permitted setback from the street.
