Russell Bittner appeals from a judgment dismissing his complaint against three defendants we refer to as "Honda."1 Bittner brought this action to recover damages for injuries he suffered in 1988 when his Honda all-terrain vehicle (ATV) overturned. The verdict was adverse to him. He requests a new trial on grounds that the same five-sixths of the jurors did not agree on all questions...
