PER CURIAM.
Plaintiff appeals as of right the order granting defendant's motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10) in this land use action. On appeal, plaintiff asserts that this action was sufficiently ripe to allow the trial court to adjudicate the merits. We affirm.
