Harry A. Nelson was convicted of five counts of bank fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1344, and seven counts of submitting false statements to a federally insured financial institution, 18 U.S.C. § 1014. Pursuant to the United States Sentencing Guidelines ("U.S.S.G." or "Guidelines"), the district court sentenced Nelson to concurrent terms of 51 months' imprisonment on each count.
