Gregory Garnett (Claimant) appeals an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed a decision of the referee modifying Claimant's benefits pursuant to The Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Act (Act).1 Equitable Gas Company (Employer) has filed a cross appeal from the same order.
