The Central Bucks School District (District) appeals from two orders of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County (Common Pleas), both of which arise from a dispute regarding whether the District must arbitrate a grievance filed by David J. Gondak (Gondak), a tenured teacher employed by the District. The first order, issued December 20, 1991, denied the District's petition for stay of arbitration.
