This matter is before the Court upon various motions by the parties. On September 29, 1992, plaintiff filed a complaint against defendant Kenneth Baumruk, alleging defendant's negligence in a shooting incident at the St. Louis County Courthouse in which defendant Baumruk killed his wife, Mary Louis Baumruk, and allegedly shot plaintiff.
