On May 20, 1993, this court sentenced Brenda Lu Smith to a sentence of 48 months imprisonment, 3 years supervised release, $75,000 fine and $250 special assessment. On May 26, 1993, pursuant to this court's order, defendant appeared and surrendered herself to the United States Marshal.
