Defendant-appellant Joshua Wilson (Wilson) was charged with one count of driving after his license had been suspended for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, in violation of Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) § 291-4.5 (1985) (DUI-license suspension).
